Product Description
The PCHVT-5Z is equipped with a Vickers automatic measurement and control system capable of performing indentation loading, image capture, and indentation reading in one continuous workflow. Using a high-resolution CCD imaging module, the instrument displays test images in real time and enables accurate measurement, reducing human error and improving test repeatability. Combined with intelligent control software, the system automatically detects indentation geometry, calculates hardness values, stores measurement data, evaluates upper and lower limits, and generates comprehensive testing reports. These functions support long-term, stable, and efficient hardness measurement across various materials.
