Product Description
The CHV-10 Vickers Hardness Tester is an advanced optical-mechanical-electronic integrated system designed for precise Vickers hardness measurement. It features a closed-loop loading system for accurate and repeatable test forces, a high-definition optical system, dual optical channels, adjustable lighting, and a compact digital display. Indentation lengths (D1/D2) can be entered directly through the panel, and hardness values are automatically calculated and displayed. With a stable cast-aluminum structure and high-clarity imaging, the CHV-10 is suitable for metals, hardened layers, thin sheets, coatings, microstructures, and brittle materials such as ceramics and glass.

Product Advantages
High-quality optical system provides bright, clear imaging and supports basic microscopic observation, with adjustable brightness for comfortable long-term use.
Industrial-grade display panel shows 4-digit hardness values, diagonal lengths, dwell time (1–98 s), test force, count, and converted hardness scales.
Cast-aluminum one-piece body ensures structural stability, resistance to deformation, and long-term durability with a scratch-resistant exterior finish.
Manual turret switching allows fast transitions between observation, testing, and measurement positions, improving workflow efficiency.
Closed-loop automatic loading system guarantees force accuracy across HV0.1–HV10 test levels, ensuring reliable repeatability.
Dual optical channels (eyepiece + CCD) allow simultaneous visual observation and digital imaging without changing paths.
Measurement accuracy is enhanced by 0.25 μm optical resolution and a 200 μm measuring range, ideal for micro-indentation testing.
