The CHV-10Z Vickers Hardness Tester integrates optical imaging, mechanical precision, electronic control, and digital processing into a highly stable hardness measurement platform. With a closed-loop loading system, dual optical channels, adjustable lighting, and automatic turret switching, the CHV-10Z provides clear imaging, accurate load application, and reliable hardness calculation. The panel allows direct input of indentation lengths, automatically displaying hardness values and test information. Its cast-aluminum structure ensures long-term stability and durability, making it suitable for metals, thin sheets, hardened layers, coatings, and brittle non-metallic materials such as ceramics and glass.
