Product Description
The PCHVT-50Z Integrated Intelligent Vision Vickers Hardness Tester combines automatic loading, image acquisition, indentation recognition, and hardness calculation into a unified system. Through its built-in CCD imaging module, the instrument displays real-time indentation images on the PC and performs automatic hardness measurement, eliminating operator variability. Test parameters—including force, dwell time, imaging brightness, conversion units, and statistical values—can be selected and analyzed directly on the computer. The system supports multi-point spacing measurement, hardness-depth curve plotting, batch storage, and automatic report generation, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency across metals, coatings, alloys, and microstructures.

Vickers Automatic Measurement & Control System
The system performs sequential testing with automatic loading, holding, unloading, indentation display, and hardness measurement. Using a CCD camera, it provides direct visualization of indentations with high accuracy. The software allows free configuration of test force, brightness, dwell time, spacing measurement, depth-layer evaluation, statistical calculations, conversions, and curve judgment. Multi-point depth analysis can be performed along both X and Y directions, and results can be stored, displayed, printed, or exported automatically.
