All test parameters—including test force, dwell time, image brightness, measurement mode, and statistical outputs—can be selected and processed directly on the PC. Equipped with a CCD imaging module, the instrument displays real-time indentation images and performs automatic hardness measurement, minimizing operator influence. With closed-loop loading control, automatic turret switching, multi-point spacing measurement, and hardness-depth curve analysis, the PCHVT-30ZC delivers accurate, efficient, and repeatable Vickers hardness testing for metals, coatings, microstructures, and depth-layer evaluation.

Vickers Automatic Measurement & Control System

The system automates sequential loading, image acquisition, indentation reading, and hardness calculation. The CCD camera allows direct indentation observation on the PC, ensuring high measurement precision. Using the measurement software, users can perform single-point or multi-point measurements, set spacing for depth-layer evaluation along X/Y directions, analyze statistical values, convert hardness scales, and automatically determine whether results meet defined limits. Test data, curves, images, and part-length measurements can be saved and printed directly.
