Product Description
The PCHVT-10Z integrates Vickers hardness testing with intelligent vision technology to automate loading, imaging, indentation recognition, and hardness calculation. Using a CCD-based imaging module, the system displays clear indentation images in real time and performs automatic measurement to reduce operator influence. All test parameters—including force, dwell time, conversion units, and statistical results—can be selected and processed directly on the computer. The built-in control system supports multi-point measurement, hardness-depth curve analysis, batch data storage, and report generation, enabling precise and highly efficient hardness evaluation across metals, coatings, microstructures, and treated layers.

Vickers Automatic Measurement & Control System
The system automates the full test cycle, including loading, holding, unloading, indentation observation, image capture, and hardness measurement. The CCD imaging module provides clear indentation visualization, and the software supports multi-point spacing measurement for case-depth analysis, statistical calculation, conversion, result judgment, curve plotting, and graphic data storage. It enables sequential testing under different loads and significantly reduces manual error.
