The PCHVST-1000ZXY Fully Automatic Micro Vickers Hardness Tester integrates optical imaging, precision mechanics, electronic control, and advanced digital analysis into a single high-performance system. Designed for micro-scale, thin, brittle, and surface-treated materials, it supports a wide range of metals, alloys, coatings, heat-treated layers, carburized layers, and even non-metallic materials such as ceramics, glass, and artificial gemstones .
With a motorized Z-axis, auto-focus, automatic turret, and a high-resolution CCD imaging module, the system captures indentation images in real time and performs fully automated hardness measurement. Operators simply work through a touch-screen computer, selecting test forces, dwell time, conversion scales, and automated testing modes. The PC software communicates with the tester to control loading, unloading, turret switching, illumination, and XY-stage movement, greatly reducing human error while increasing efficiency.
The platform is particularly suitable for large-batch hardness gradient testing, multi-point hardness mapping, and automated production-line material evaluation. Innovatively combining automation with robust mechanical stability, the system achieves high-precision, high-repeatability Vickers testing for research institutes, quality inspection departments, and advanced manufacturing environments.
