Product Description
The HVT-5 Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester meets essential Vickers testing requirements. Its upgraded control system provides expanded measurement data and more precise operation, reducing user error while increasing productivity. The 7-inch touchscreen enhances usability by offering clear and comprehensive parameter visualization.

Product Advantages
Optical system engineered by senior optical designers provides clear imaging and can function as a simple microscope; brightness is adjustable.
The 7-inch touchscreen displays test method, force, hardness limits, indentation length, hardness value, holding time, test count, date entry, results, and data processing.
Built-in calibration function allows manual adjustment for each test force.
Optical brightness adjustable from 0 to 100.
Stores up to 100 groups of test data with average values displayed.
Test force units can switch between kgf and N.
Supports four visible hardness scales at once and conversion for 18 international scales: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HV, HK, HBW.
Both objectives can directly measure hardness.
Upper and lower hardness limits can be configured and displayed.
USB port enables direct data export.
Supports HK (Knoop) hardness conversion.
English and Chinese interface switching supported.
Optional built-in printer and USB storage output.
Cast-aluminum body ensures long-term stability with durable automotive-grade coating.
Lifetime parts replacement and maintenance support available.
Applications
The HVT-5 is suitable for low-load microhardness testing on thin coatings, metallic foils, fine components, heat-treated layers, ceramics, wafers, and microstructures. It is ideal for laboratories and QC departments requiring stable optical performance and precise indentation evaluation.
