Product Description
The HVT-30 Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester meets standard Vickers testing requirements with a 7-inch LCD touch display that provides expanded measurement data and precise operational control. It enhances testing efficiency by offering intuitive parameter access and clearer visualization, helping reduce operator error and improving overall testing accuracy.

Product Advantages
High-clarity optical system designed by senior optical engineers; adjustable brightness ensures comfortable long-term operation.
The 7-inch touchscreen displays test method, test force, hardness limits, indentation length, hardness value, holding time, test count, date input, and data processing.
Built-in calibration function allows manual correction of each test force.
Optical brightness is adjustable from 0 to 100.
Stores up to 100 groups of test data, showing averages and test counts.
Test force units can switch between kgf and N.
Supports four hardness scales on screen and conversion among 18 international scales: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HV, HK, HBW.
Both objectives can perform direct hardness measurement.
Upper and lower limit settings are available and displayed on the main interface.
USB export supports direct data output.
Hardness values support conversion to HK (Knoop).
English and Chinese interface switching supported.
Built-in printer is optional; results can also be exported via USB.
Cast-aluminum body offers stable structure and high scratch resistance.
Lifetime supply of replacement parts and full maintenance support.
Applications
The HVT-30 is suitable for medium-load Vickers hardness testing on steels, alloys, thin sheets, metal foils, heat-treated layers, nitrided and carburized surfaces, coatings, ceramics, wafers, precision components, and microstructures. It fits laboratory use and industrial quality-control environments requiring stable optical performance and accurate indentation assessment.
