Product Description
The HVT-10 Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester meets essential Vickers testing requirements through a 7-inch LCD touchscreen that provides detailed measurement data and accurate system control. Its upgraded interface improves usability, reduces operator error, and provides more comprehensive testing functions for precise hardness evaluation.

Product Advantages
High-clarity optical system designed by senior optical engineers; brightness adjustable for comfortable long-term viewing.
The 7-inch touchscreen displays test method, force, hardness limits, indentation length, hardness value, holding time, test count, date input, result display, and data processing.
Built-in calibration function enables manual correction for each test force.
Optical brightness adjustable from 0 to 100.
Stores up to 100 groups of test data with averages displayed.
Test force units switchable between kgf and N.
Supports four visible hardness scales and conversion among 18 international scales: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HV, HK, HBW.
Both objectives can directly measure hardness.
Upper and lower limits can be configured and displayed on the main interface.
USB port enables direct data export.
Supports HK (Knoop) hardness conversion.
English and Chinese language switching supported.
Optional built-in printer and USB storage for data saving and analysis.
Cast-aluminum body ensures long-term structural stability and scratch resistance.
Lifetime parts support and maintenance services available.
Applications
Suitable for microhardness testing on metals, thin sheets, foils, heat-treated layers, coatings, ceramics, wafers, and microstructures, making it ideal for laboratories and industrial quality control requiring accurate low-load indentation measurements.
