Product Description
The HVST-1000 Touchscreen Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is a newly developed multifunctional hardness testing system featuring a modern structure, high reliability, and excellent measurement repeatability. It integrates a C-language control program, high-magnification optical measurement system, dual optical channels, and advanced optoelectronic sensing technology. The upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece allows direct and highly accurate indentation length reading, while the 7-inch touchscreen provides intuitive operation and detailed measurement data. Equipped with a CCD imaging system, the instrument displays clear indentation images for fast, precise measurement and eliminates manual reading errors. When used with the optional Vickers measurement software, it supports single- and multi-point testing, hardened-layer depth calculation, statistical analysis, curve generation, automatic qualification judgment, and image/data storage—making it a powerful tool for material research, microstructure evaluation, and quality inspection.

Product Advantages
High-definition 7-inch touchscreen displays hardness values, test force, dwell time, brightness, measurement counts, limits, and statistics clearly.
Digital encoder eyepiece enables fast, direct indentation length measurement with a resolution of 0.01 μm.
Dual optical channels (eyepiece & CCD) allow flexible observation without switching lenses.
Automatic loading, holding, and unloading provide stable and repeatable microhardness testing.
Optical system includes 100× and 400× magnifications, with optional 600× for higher-precision evaluations.
Adjustable brightness (0–100) ensures clear imaging across all reflective, coated, and microstructured surfaces.
Supports 18 hardness scales including HV, HBW, HK, and Rockwell variants, compliant with international testing standards.
Stores up to 100 test groups with quick access to the most recent 5 data sets.
Auto memory of diagonal length eliminates the need for manual resetting after reboot.
Robust die-cast aluminum housing with automotive finishing guarantees long-term dimensional stability and durability.
Software Introduction

Generates hardness–depth curves from user-entered depth points and calculates hardened layer depth automatically.
Converts Vickers hardness to HB, HR, and other scales and provides correction for spherical or cylindrical surfaces.
Automatically calculates statistical values such as average, variance, Cp, and Cpk.
Automatic alarm highlights any measurement beyond upper or lower limits.
Generates Word and Excel reports containing indentation images, hardness tables, and curve diagrams.
Saves original measurement data and indentation images into a unified file for archiving and review.
Supports Knoop hardness testing and fracture toughness evaluation.
Includes imaging functions such as photo capture, video acquisition, image processing, geometric measurement, annotation, and fixed-magnification printing.
Application Range
Suitable for steel, non-ferrous metals, alloys, thin sheets, foils, and microstructures.
Ideal for carburized, nitrided, hardened, or decarburized layers.
Applicable to coatings, plating layers, thin films, and surface-treated materials.
Enables testing of brittle materials such as glass, wafers, and ceramics.
