Product Description
The HVS-50 Digital Manual Turret Vickers Hardness Tester is designed for precision microhardness measurement across a wide range of materials. It features an upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece that allows direct indentation-length reading, delivering faster and more accurate hardness conversion. The optical system, engineered by senior optical specialists, provides bright, clear imaging suitable for both hardness evaluation and basic microstructure inspection.
Its cast-aluminum frame is molded as a single structure to ensure long-term stability and resistance to deformation. The industrial LCD screen displays hardness value, diagonal lengths, test force, dwell time, count and date information in an organized format, enabling efficient operation. With test forces ranging from 1 to 50 kgf, the HVS-50 supports hardness testing for steels, alloys, plated surfaces, hardened layers, thin sheets, ceramics and brittle materials. Optional additions such as a large LCD panel, built-in printer and software system improve data management and eliminate operator error.

Product Advantages
Optical system designed by senior engineers provides bright, high-contrast imaging for clear indentation analysis.
Industrial LCD screen displays hardness value, diagonal measurements, dwell time, test force and test count with intuitive layout.
One-piece cast-aluminum body improves rigidity, prevents deformation and maintains long-term measurement stability.
Direct-length reading through the digital micrometer eyepiece speeds up hardness calculation and reduces operator variability.
Manual turret switching mechanism provides smooth, controlled transitions without motor wear.
The system supports future upgrades such as measurement software to reduce human error and improve efficiency.
Optional LCD large display enhances observation clarity and makes test conditions and process visualization easier.
Optional built-in printer outputs test results and data directly for convenient documentation.
Application Range
Hardness inspection of steels, non-ferrous metals and precision alloy components.
Evaluation of carburized, nitrided, quenched and surface-hardened layers.
Measurement of coatings, electroplated layers, heat-treated surfaces and thin materials.
Microindentation testing of ceramics, glass substrates and crystalline wafers.
Laboratory analysis of microstructures and material development studies.
