Product Description
The HVS-30 Digital Manual Turret Vickers Hardness Tester is designed for high-precision microhardness evaluation, offering enhanced measurement accuracy and improved usability. The upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece allows direct indentation-length reading, giving operators faster and more repeatable hardness calculations. The optical system, developed by senior optical engineers, delivers sharp, high-contrast imaging suitable for both hardness indentation measurement and basic microstructure observation.
Its cast-aluminum housing provides structural rigidity, resisting deformation and ensuring stable alignment over long periods of operation. The LCD interface displays hardness value, diagonal lengths, force level, dwell time, test count and statistical data in a clean, structured format. With six test forces ranging from 1 to 30 kgf, the HVS-30 supports hardness evaluation for steels, alloys, plated layers, hardened surfaces, thin materials, ceramics and microstructure layers. Optional features such as a large LCD panel, printing module and software support expand its data-processing capability and reduce human error.

Product Advantages
Optical system engineered for clarity and adjustable illumination provides stable, high-contrast imaging suitable for long-term tests.
LCD interface organizes hardness values, diagonals, dwell time, applied force and test count with clear readability.
Cast-aluminum body formed in one piece minimizes structural drift and improves durability during extended operation.
Digital micrometer eyepiece allows direct measurement confirmation, reducing calculation errors.
Manual turret switching mechanism ensures controlled lens adjustments without motorized wear.
Six selectable forces (1–30 kgf) support a wide range of microhardness applications.
Optional LCD large-screen and printing system provide enhanced visibility and traceable reporting.
Dual optical channels support eyepiece and CCD camera integration for image capture.
