Product Description
The HVS-10Z Computerized Auto Turret Vickers Hardness Tester is an advanced optical–mechanical–electronic integrated hardness testing system. It offers high reliability, stable operation, and excellent repeatability. The instrument uses computer-controlled loading technology and a precision optical measurement system. With the CCD imaging module, indentation details can be clearly observed and measured directly on the computer screen, eliminating manual reading errors and improving accuracy. Soft-key operation allows the user to select Vickers or Knoop hardness, adjust illumination, set dwell time, and input diagonal lengths. The LCD screen displays test method, test force, indentation length, hardness value, dwell time, number of measurements, date, and data processing results. The system supports multi-point testing, statistical analysis, curve plotting, and quick data recording, making hardness measurement efficient and intuitive. It is suitable for metals, coatings, heat-treated layers, microstructures, and thin materials.

Product Advantages
Optical system designed by senior optical engineers ensures clear imaging and can be used as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness for comfortable long-term viewing.
Industrial LCD and large display panel clearly show the test method, test force, indentation length, hardness value, dwell time, measurement count, date, and data processing results.
One-piece die-cast aluminum body provides high structural rigidity and long-term durability, featuring automotive-grade surface finishing.
Independent R&D capability ensures long-term spare-parts availability and lifetime maintenance service.
The system supports computer-based indentation measurement for automatic and precise hardness evaluation.
Optional CCD imaging enables indentation display directly on the screen, improving visibility and eliminating manual reading errors.
Optional built-in printer allows direct printing of test results.
The LCD screen makes the full testing process, including force level, dwell time, and indentation reading, more intuitive and easier to follow.
Software Features
The system automatically generates hardness–depth curves and calculates hardened depth, with support for saving multiple template point sets.
Hardness conversion, correction, and validity verification functions are included, supporting conversion to HB, HR and enabling curvature correction for spherical or cylindrical surfaces.
Statistical tools automatically calculate mean value, variance, Cp and Cpk.
Automatic warnings are triggered when values exceed upper or lower limits.
Test reports can be generated in WORD or EXCEL format with user-defined templates, including every indentation value, statistics, images, and hardness curves.
Original images and processed image files can be stored together in a unified document.
Supports Knoop hardness and fracture toughness measurement modes.
Includes image capture, video acquisition, image processing, geometric measurement, annotation, album management, and fixed-scale printing.

Applications
Suitable for metals, alloys, foils, thin sheets, coatings, heat-treated layers, carburized and nitrided layers, ceramics, glass, wafers, carbonized materials, and microstructures.
