The CHVS-50 Digital Vickers Hardness Tester is an optical-mechanical-electronic integrated testing instrument designed with a closed-loop loading control structure to ensure high force accuracy and excellent repeatability across HV0.3–HV50 ranges. Its industrial digital display clearly presents indentation length, hardness value, dwell time, loading level, test count, conversion scales, and illumination settings. With a digital micrometer eyepiece, the operator only needs to measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button—hardness is calculated and displayed automatically without any conversion tables.
Built with a rigid one-piece cast-aluminum body and engineered optical system, the CHVS-50 provides stable imaging and consistent mechanical alignment. It supports manual switching between observation, loading, and measuring positions, offering precise control for micro-indentation evaluation of metallic materials, thin sheets, coatings, surface-treated layers, and brittle materials.
