The CHVS-100Z Digital Auto-Turret Vickers Hardness Tester is an integrated optical–mechanical–electronic instrument engineered for high-load micro-indentation testing up to 100 kgf. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system to ensure high force accuracy and excellent measurement repeatability across the entire HV1–HV100 range. Its large industrial LCD screen clearly presents indentation lengths, hardness values, dwell time, force levels, statistical averages, and real-time measurement status.
Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece, the instrument automatically converts indentation length to hardness with a single button press—no manual table lookup is required. The automatic turret enables seamless, repeatable switching among observation, loading, and measuring positions, while the rigid cast-aluminum frame and engineered optical path ensure long-term stability.
