Product Description
The CHV-30Z Vickers Hardness Tester integrates optical measurement, mechanical precision, electronic control, and digital data processing into a high-stability hardness testing platform. It features a closed-loop loading system, automatic turret switching, dual optical channels, adjustable illumination, and a high-definition optical imaging system. The digital interface allows direct input of indentation diagonals and automatically calculates the hardness value. With a one-piece cast-aluminum structure and smooth testing workflow, the CHV-30Z is ideal for evaluating metals, hardened layers, thin sheets, carbonized structures, coatings, and brittle materials such as ceramics and glass.

Product Advantages
The optical system designed by senior optical engineers provides sharp, bright, distortion-free images; illumination level is adjustable for extended operation.
Industrial display panel shows four-digit hardness value, diagonal lengths (D1/D2), dwell time (1–98 s), test force, measurement count, and conversion scales.
One-piece cast-aluminum body ensures excellent structural rigidity, long-term dimensional stability, and enhanced scratch resistance.
Automatic turret switching enables rapid transitions between observation, loading, and measurement, reducing operator time and repetitive motion.
Closed-loop loading maintains high test-force accuracy across HV0.2–HV30 ranges, improving repeatability and minimizing operator influence.
Dual optical channels (eyepiece + CCD imaging) allow simultaneous observation and digital capture without switching optical paths.
Measurement precision supported by 0.5 μm optical resolution and 400 μm measuring range, suitable for thin layers and micro-indentation analysis.
Supports HV/HK modes, auto loading, and sample heights up to 165 mm.
Application Range
Steel, non-ferrous metals, thin plates, foils, microstructures
Carburized, nitrided, hardened, and decarburized layers
Electroplated coatings, thin films, heat-treated components
