The BHVST-1000ZXY Semi-Automatic Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is engineered for accurate micro-scale hardness evaluation on metals, coatings, thin layers and heat-treated surfaces. Unlike fully automatic models, this system combines automated loading with manual positioning, offering laboratories a practical balance of precision, flexibility and cost effectiveness.
Based on a high-resolution optical path, dual-channel imaging system and closed-loop loading mechanism, the BHVST-1000ZXY provides stable test-force output and clear indentation imaging. The 7-inch touch screen displays hardness values, test forces, methods, dwell time and statistics in real time. Its semi-automatic operation ensures reliable indent formation while giving operators more control in focusing, positioning and measuring, making it suitable for both routine QC and research environments.
Designed for durability, accuracy and long-term measurement stability, the system supports hardness ranges from HV0.01 to HV1, offers a measurement resolution of 0.01 μm, and is compatible with multi-standard hardness conversions such as HV, HK, HRA and HB.
