The AHVST-50ZXY Fully Automatic Vickers Hardness Tester integrates optical imaging, mechanical positioning, electronic control, digital imaging, and software computation into a complete hardness measurement system. It is designed for testing microhardness of metallic and non-metallic materials, including thin samples, coatings, hardened layers, heat-treated parts, cast alloys, carburized surfaces, glass, ceramics, gemstones, and brittle materials. Equipped with a computer-controlled XYZ motorized platform, this system automates indentation loading, turret switching, focusing, imaging, measurement, and data processing. It delivers high precision, fast repetition, stable performance, and efficient testing suitable for laboratories and industrial applications requiring advanced hardness mapping and multi-point analysis.
