The AHVST-10ZXY Fully Automatic Vickers Hardness Tester integrates optical imaging, mechanical motion, electronic control, digital imaging, and software analysis into a complete hardness testing solution. It is specifically designed for microhardness testing of metals, coatings, hardened layers, heat-treated samples, carbide materials, and brittle non-metallic materials such as glass and ceramics. With advanced computer control, the system automates focusing, loading, turret switching, indentation imaging, measurement, and data processing. Equipped with an automatic XY platform and Z-axis auto-focus mechanism, it supports multi-point testing, hardness gradient measurement, and large-area scanning, making it ideal for laboratories requiring high efficiency, high precision, and repeatable hardness testing.
