Product Description

The PCHBST-3000 Touchscreen Digital Brinell Hardness Tester is an advanced vision-based automatic hardness testing system integrating optical imaging, intelligent measurement, and computer control.
It is operated entirely through an industrial-grade touchscreen PC, allowing users to select, modify, and analyze testing parameters directly. The built-in CCD image acquisition system provides real-time indentation display and automatic hardness measurement with minimal human interference.
All test data can be automatically stored, analyzed, and exported into customizable Word or Excel reports.
The system adopts photoelectric sensing and closed-loop electronic load control, enabling the CPU to automatically adjust and compensate the test force for precise and stable results.
Equipped with stepper motor control, automatic loading/unloading, and high-intensity LED optical imaging, the instrument ensures clear images, low noise, and long-term operation without fatigue.

Software System:
Utilizes computer intelligent programming and photoelectric sensing technology, enabling autonomous selection of test conditions. A 5.6-inch touch multi-functional display shows test methods, upper/lower limit ranges, indentation length, hardness value, converted value, test force, dwell time, number of measurements, and allows input of year/month/date. Test results and data can be output via the built-in interface for computer networking.
