The JB-S Series Impact Testing Machine is designed to determine the impact resistance performance of metallic materials under dynamic loads, enabling the evaluation of material properties under dynamic conditions. Developed in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2018 "Verification of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines" and GB/T229-2020 "Metallic Materials - Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method", the machine tests standard specimens with a cross-section of 10×10mm. With substantial impact energy capacity, it is primarily used for testing ferrous metals with high impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys.

Product Details

The JB-S Series Impact Testing Machine calculates the energy absorbed by specimens by measuring the difference between the pendulum's potential energy before impact and the residual energy after impact. Utilizing a PLC controller to manage the testing process, it offers simple operation and high efficiency. After fracturing the specimen, the machine automatically lifts the pendulum using residual energy, while sensors measure the rebound angle and automatically display (LCD display) both the rebound angle β-value and the impact energy AK-value. An optional micro-printer can print test data including AK-value, impact toughness ak-value, average energy of three specimens (AK/3), time, and serial number. This makes it suitable for metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, pressure vessel plants, and other industries requiring large-scale impact testing.

  1. Uses imported PLC controllers as the core of the electrical control system, with high-precision photoelectric encoders as angle acquisition sensors.

  2. Integrated circuit board design simplifies maintenance.

  3. Brush clutch replaces traditional clutches, enabling automatic pendulum positioning during testing, effectively protecting the clutch system, reducing gear wear, and extending service life.

Safety Advantages:

A semi-enclosed protective cover made of high-toughness material encl entire pendulum trajectory, preventing injury from flying specimen fragments and maximizing operator safety by minimizing operational errors.
