Utilizing hydraulic transmission and electric control (solenoid valve-driven broach movement), the machine enables adjustable cutting speeds and automatic lubrication for blade cooling. The processed specimens fully comply with GB/T 229-2020 (Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metallic Materials). With structural modifications and key component replacements, the machine can also meet international standards such as ASTM E23-02a, EN 10045, and ISO 148.
