The W-BB75/B Series Webster Hardness Tester is a compact, one-hand-operated instrument specially designed for rapid on-site hardness testing of soft copper and similar materials. With a simple clamping motion, the hardness value is displayed immediately without damaging the sample surface. The included standard hardness block is verified by certified hardness machines to ensure accuracy and stability. Webster hardness readings can be converted into commonly used hardness scales such as Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell, as well as tensile strength, making the instrument highly suitable for production inspection, acceptance testing, and field quality supervision.
