The HQG-60/80/100 metallographic sample cutting machines are designed for precise and safe sectioning of metallographic specimens during preparation. The HQG-60 is suitable for medium-size samples with a maximum cutting diameter of φ60 mm.
The HQG-80 provides enhanced capacity with a φ80 mm cutting diameter.
The HQG-100 offers the largest workspace, supporting up to φ100 mm samples, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial and research applications.

All models adopt a manual Y-feed mechanism, waterproof LED illumination, and an automatic circulating cooling tank to reduce heat impact and improve cutting efficiency.
