Product Description

The HQG-100D is an economical and compact low-speed precision cutting machine designed specifically for small, soft, brittle, or irregular materials such as metals, composites, plastics, electronic components, biological materials, ceramics, mineral samples, and other delicate specimens. It is also widely used for thin-film sample preparation.

The machine uses a coded weight-controlled feed system that automatically stops after cutting is complete. A dual-point separation system allows fine adjustment of cutting thickness, enabling high-precision sectioning. The low-speed diamond blade minimizes thermal damage and prevents structural deformation, ensuring excellent surface quality for metallographic observation.

During cutting, the included mobile coolant tank provides continuous lubrication and cooling, guiding debris away from the blade while keeping the sample and diamond wheel fully protected. Its compact structure, small footprint, and user-friendly touchscreen interface make it suitable for laboratories, universities, research centers, and industrial metallographic departments.
