The WD-P3 Series Computer-controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine is designed for mechanical property testing and analysis of metals, non-metallic materials, and composite materials. It can perform various tests including tension, compression, bending, tearing, shear, and peeling on insulating materials. Product Details
The machine uses computer control for data acquisition, analysis, and processing, drawing stress-strain, force-time, stress-displacement curves, and printing test reports. It employs the latest control technology through AC digital controllers to drive servo motors that power reduction gears, moving two high-precision ball screws. The force measurement system uses high-precision spoke-type sensors with 1% accuracy and high sensitivity, achieving overall system accuracy of Grade 1. Equipped with mainstream commercial computers as control units for parameter setting, status control, data acquisition, processing, analysis, display, and result printing. The measurement control system is configured with TEST control system.

Mechanical Structure Design
The main frame adopts a door-type structure consisting of base, two fixed beams, one moving beam, four and two ball screws. The transmission loading system uses AC servo motor and synchronous timing belt reduction device to drive high-precision ball screws, achieving stable loading. The machine features beautiful appearance, good stability, high rigidity, high control accuracy, high efficiency, low noise, and energy saving.
