The HMP-1A/B/AB Single-Disc Fully Automatic Grinding & Polishing Machine is designed for efficient and precise metallographic specimen preparation, integrating grinding and polishing into one automated system. All models adopt microprocessor-based control with an intuitive touchscreen interface, allowing users to set rotation speed, grinding time, pressure mode, and polishing procedures with ease. The disc is driven by a powerful brushless DC motor, ensuring smooth rotation, low noise, and long operational life.
The equipment is equipped with a high-strength aluminum alloy body, ABS molding exterior, and a corrosion-resistant copper water spray system. The pressure loading system varies by model—manual (HMP-1A), mechanical (HMP-1B), or fully automatic adjustable pressure (HMP-1AB), enabling flexible control over sample preparation.
With adjustable speed ranges, four fixed-speed selections (300/500/800/1000 r/min), programmable grinding times, and automatic water supply and cleaning functions, the HMP-1A/B/AB series provides highly consistent metallographic sample surfaces. It also includes emergency-stop protection and automatic lifting of the grinding head for enhanced safety.
